Audrey Tang, the first transgender and first "non-binary" official in the top executive cabinet of Taiwan. They are a child prodigy programmer described as one of the "ten great Taiwanese computing personalities". They dropped out of high school to take Silicon Valley by storm and later returned home to “mentor” their young democratic government to create a new paradigm in governance, and consensus. This is a concept patterned after the early days of the internet, and now blockchain. In charge of social innovation, Audrey believes in complete transparency, and even records every single meeting to post on the web in multiple languages.
